On June 20-21,2025 – SEMI Europe’s Kartikey Srivastava, Senior Specialist, Communications, will take the stage at the ESMT Annual Alumni Meeting 2025 in Berlin to deliver an impactful session titled “Diversity in Chips: No Turning Back.” The highly anticipated event, hosted by the European School of Management and Technology (ESMT), brings together a global community of alumni for two days of learning, networking, and inspiration.

Kartikey’s session will spotlight the urgent need to diversify talent in the semiconductor industry, drawing on his experience with the European Chips Diversity Alliance —a key initiative focused on building a more inclusive and competitive European tech workforce.
