ECDA took center stage at the ESMT Talent Forum 2024, hosted by the European School of Management and Technology in partnership with HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Berlin. This event brought together companies and students for meaningful exchanges, bridging the gap between academia and industry.

SEMI Europe delivered a presentation featuring ECDA to an engaged audience of 50 students, highlighting the alliance’s role in addressing the diversity and talent challenges within Europe’s semiconductor sector. The session offered insights into workforce development initiatives and the exciting opportunities available in the semiconductor industry.

In addition to the presentation, ECDA had a booth prominently placed in front of a larger cohort of students. The booth served as a platform to promote the project, answer questions, and inspire the next generation of talent to explore careers in microelectronics and semiconductors.

The ESMT Talent Forum provided an invaluable opportunity to connect with aspiring professionals, share ECDA’s mission, and build awareness about the importance of fostering diversity, skills, and talent in the semiconductor industry.
