The European Chips Diversity Alliance (ECDA) created the European MentorChip Exchange Programme to build a flexible and accessible mentorship network across Europe’s microelectronics sector.
Our purpose is simple but powerful:

How It Works:
A Flexible and Inclusive Mentorship Experience
The programme is designed to be community-driven and accessible to all:
- Hybrid Model: Online mentoring via a private LinkedIn group, complemented by in-person flash mentoring sessions at ECDA events.
- Organic Connections: No rigid algorithms. Mentors and mentees connect naturally based on shared goals and interests.
- Flexible Commitment: There is no obligation for regular meetings. Each mentoring relationship is self-driven, adapting to the time, availability, and preferences of participants. This flexibility ensures accessibility and encourages more mentors to join.
- Community Dynamics: Monthly discussion prompts, spotlight stories, and resource sharing keep the dialogue vibrant.
- Safe, Moderated Space: ECDA Ambassadors and Team ensure inclusivity, support, and engagement.
