We’re pleased to share the 2025 edition of the ECDA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Report – a landmark publication from the European Chips Diversity Alliance.
The report explores how diversity, equity and inclusion are shaping Europe’s semiconductor sector and what this means for the industry’s future competitiveness and innovation. Drawing on survey data, executive interviews and focus groups with early career professionals, it offers an evidence-based view of where the sector stands today and where progress is most needed.
It also sets out emerging priorities for industry, education, and policy to help build a more inclusive and resilient semiconductor ecosystem in Europe.
