Inclusive Chips Forum – Diverse Talent Driving Business Value
IAL-FVG, as part of the European Chips Diversity Alliance (ECDA), will host the
Inclusive Chips Forum – Diverse Talent Driving Business Value this May in
Trieste, Italy, bringing together stakeholders from across the semiconductor ecosystem to
explore how diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) can strengthen innovation, workforce
development, and long-term business success in Europe’s chip sector.
Taking place in Trieste, the forum will provide a platform for dialogue between industry,
education, and policy actors, with a focus on inclusive approaches to talent development,
workplace culture, and organisational resilience.
The one-day forum on May 7, 2026 will feature discussions on key inclusion
challenges and opportunities within the semiconductor industry, alongside contributions from
local microelectronics companies sharing practices and perspectives from the field.
